The Marine Armour System
This suit was originally designed around the halo-infinite and later campaign-evolved UNSC-marine-armour, however I encountered a lot of hurdles in the overall layout and made some artistic tweaks here and there to add functionality and enable the suit to be worn comfortably in as many variations and on as many body types as possible
-
Designed on the Helmet worn by The-Pilot Fernando Esparza, the helmet carries the legacy silhouette of the original trilogy, while bringing it up to date with modern design, and enables integration of real world items like earcups seamlessly
-
For my personal suit i wear the Austrian KAZ-03 Field shirt and trouser, but any uniform that is comfortable to wear will work
-
The suit has its own integrated Ranger-Green rigging with full size adjustment to accommodate all body types, laced through a series of magnetically assisted buckles and kydex laser cut backing plates
-
The plates are stamp formed 2mm 6061 Aluminium
2mm kydex laser cut and thermoformed parts to guide webbing and provide attachment points for extraneous hardware
EVA foam 5mm and 10mm laser cut pads for user comfort
-
Stamp pressed aluminium on a fifty tonne analogue hydraulic press I built in my garage
Assisted by a 20W laser diode machine for patches, kydex and foam components

Traditionally hand rivetted webbing rather than sewn, for heavy duty performance and reliability
